Avisa Equinox has implemented the Control Room Operations Window (CROW) at the Associated Electric Cooperative, which provides reliable, wholesale power generation and high-voltage transmission to its six transmission co-op member-owners. They supply 51 local electric cooperatives in Missouri, Iowa and Oklahoma serving about 875,000 member homes, farms and businesses.

AESO Equinox has rolled out the Control Room Operations Window (CROW) to the Alberta Electric System Operator (AESO), which is responsible for the safe, reliable and economic planning and operation of the Alberta Interconnected Electric System (AIES).

ATCO Electric Equinox has implemented the Control Room Operations Window (CROW) at ATCO Electric, which serves almost two-thirds of the Canadian province of Alberta.

Avisa Equinox is implementing the Control Room Operations Window (CROW) at Avista Utilities, which provides electric and natural gas service to about 680,000 customers in a service territory of more than 30,000 square miles in eastern Washington, northern Idaho and parts of southern and eastern Oregon, with a population of 1.5 million.

BC Hydro Equinox helped BC's electric utility eliminate duplication, redundancy, and delays in a major operational overhaul.

BC Transmission Corporation The Equinox Control Room Operations Window (CROW) streamlines and strengthens control room processes and overall business processes within the BCTC Real-time Operations division. Deployed system-wide since 1996 (BC Hydro), over 900 staff currently utilize CROW and enjoy first-class customer support services supplied by Equinox under a comprehensive service agreement.

FortisBC Equinox has been contracted to supply the Control Room Operations Window (CROW) to Southern British Columbia's electric utility.

Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) Equinox has rolled out the Control Room Operations Window (CROW) to the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO). The IESO balances the supply of and demand for electricity in Ontario and then directs its flow across the province's transmission lines.

ISO New England Equinox's Control Room Operations Window (CROW) is installed at ISO New England, a regional transmission organization (RTO) serving Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.

Midwest ISO Midwest ISO, a fully integrated regional transmission organization (RTO) serving all or part of 15 Midwestern states and the Canadian province of Manitoba, is using Equinox's Control Room Operations Window (CROW).

NWPP Equinox designed, built, and continues to support and maintain the Coordinated Outage System, which manages shared coordinated outage information for utilities, ISO's, and reliability coordinators throughout the Pacific Northwest and adjoining areas.

Portland General Electric Equinox's Control Room Operations Window (CROW) is installed at Portland General Electric (PGE). As Oregon's largest utility, PGE serves over 1.5 million people across some 4,000 square miles, supplying power generated from a diverse mix of resources, including hydropower, coal and natural gas.

Southwest Power Pool Equinox has been contracted to supply the Control Room Operations Window (CROW) to the Southwest Power Pool (SPP). SPP is one of nine Independent System Operators/Regional Transmission Organizations (ISOs/RTOs) and one of eight NERC Regional Entities. SPP is mandated by FERC to ensure reliable supplies of power, adequate transmission infrastructure, and competitive wholesale prices of electricity.

Western Electricity Coordinating Council The Equinox Control Room Operations Window (CROW) software has been selected by North America's Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) for their Reliability Coordinator Center's Outage Coordination Interface and RC Operators Logging Tool.
