FortisBC Selects Equinox Software's Control Room Operations Window (CROW)

Equinox Software Design Corporation is pleased to announce that its Control Room Operations Window (CROW) software has been selected by FortisBC for their Outage Scheduling system. CROW will provide improved performance, integration, automation, coordination, notification, compliance and auditability for FortisBC's Outage Coordination processes.
Marko Aaltomaa, Superintendent of System Operations at FortisBC, had this to say about their recent decision to select CROW, "Scheduling of planned outages on the power system has been a challenge for the System Control Centre at FortisBC. With the CROW Outage Scheduling Software, and thru the support of the Equinox team, we have found a solution to not only our outage scheduling issues but were also able to work together to overcome other inefficiencies in our Control Room."
